I am the former President and COO of the Great Place to Work Institute, the HR consulting firm known for selecting Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work for In America. I am also the former Chief People Officer at Eventbrite, and Chief People and Operating Officer at Lytro, Inc. I tackle issues of people and culture with the business mindset of an operating executive.

Conducted talent assessment for Electronic Arts to support the company’s digital talent transformation. Created recommendations for HR to drive the transformation.
Supported the pilot of a Leadership Lab for Directors at Google. Lab provides tools, experiential activities, peer community and a leadership model, and became a global standard for leadership development.
Partnered with Facebook HR leaders to interpret employee engagement survey results, assess progress and recommend action plans to top leadership to develop culture.
Served as Interim Chief People Officer at C3 Energy. Partnered with CEO Tom Siebel to implement goal setting, align rewards to market, and restructure the organization.
Consulted to the Autodesk HR team on levers to drive employee engagement and strategies to accelerate progress towards becoming a globally recognized Great Place to Work.
Supported the 16-month integration of Farmer Brother’s Coffee and Sara Lee’s Coffee Division. Facilitated executive team development, strategic planning, and merger integration.
Formulated a plan for the Executive Leadership Team to build momentum and gain recognition as a high trust culture and Great Place to Work.
Partnered with the HR team to onboard a C-level leader, and help form their departmental leadership team. Conducted a departmental survey to assess employee engagement.
Partnered with the Leadership Team to redefine company mission, vision, values. Created an implementation roadmap to instill the mission, vision and values in the culture.
